Where do you stand in your life?
That’s quite a big question!
And yes, in the therapy group, we ask these kinds of questions to reflect on how things really are at the moment. We don’t often take the time to pause, and before you know it, habits and ‘that’s just how it is’ take over. But when you do take a moment to reflect, you may find that changes are indeed possible.
Where (and how) do you stand in relation to others and in relation to all the tasks you have?


Everyone forms their own unique image.
One person draws inspiration from nature, while another approaches it more abstractly.
But for everyone, it applies that they have taken time to reflect on everything they do, the people around them, and how those people relate to themselves.

And with this insight, one can decide whether the current situation is desirable, or if it would be better for certain things to change or shift.
