The Emmy Foundation focuses on coaching, counseling, and creative psychosocial therapy for missionaries and pastors, our primary target group. Through these core activities, we provide support for emotional, mental, and spiritual challenges from a Christian perspective on health and healing. All services are tailored to the questions and challenges of those who feel called to serve as a missionary and/or pastor. We work professionally and discreetly, flexibly, on-site or remotely, and through retreats where our target group comes to us.
Our main activities:
- Coaching and counseling: Personal guidance for missionaries and pastors on life questions, stress, trauma, or burnout, provided professionally and discreetly, including remotely.

- Creative psychosocial therapy: Art-based therapy conducted by a qualified therapist, specially tailored for missionaries, pastors, their partners, and children.
- Retreats and debriefings: Custom programs for restoration and reflection, specifically designed for missionaries and pastors. These services form the core of our work.
In addition to our core activities, we offer secondary support:
- Psychosocial assistance for the the local population, homeless people, expats, families, and others in need. These activities reinforce our broader mission of health and healing.
Why Choose Us?
- We operate from a Christian worldview with a focus on encouragement. To be honest, much often goes well, but sometimes these successes are overshadowed by worries and challenges.
- Every plan is tailor-made, centered on your specific needs, and can be delivered either remotely or on-site.
- We draw on God’s Word, our professional experience, and our personal experience as missionaries.
- If we don’t have the complete answer, we collaborate with partners who can provide additional support where we cannot fully meet the need.
- As an independent foundation, we operate entirely free from outside influences, ensuring no conflicts of interest and full freedom to speak what is necessary.
