Solid ground under your feet….

Today in the open therapy group we elaborated on the ground under your feet, the ground in which you are rooted. Fled and uprooted… Where do you find something to hold on to now? Where can you find solid ground to dig your roots into?

The results are as versatile as the people themselves.

Most start with the tree itself because where are they currently rooting? The crown is made, and it often consists of their personality and the people close to them.

They realize that even though they are uprooted and in a country where they have nothing, they carry their loved ones in their hearts and wherever they are, they have themselves with them.

That turns out to be a lot more than they initially thought…
