Visible values.
We have discussed values before. Everyone has them, and more than one. But how do these values influence us internally, and how are they visible to others?
This week in the therapy group, we are focusing on one of the values you hold.
The task is to draw a large circle on the paper. Inside the circle, you represent how that value operates internally and how it influences you. Outside the circle, you illustrate how this value is visible to others.

And once again, the differences are as diverse as the people themselves. How beautiful!
Have you ever taken a moment to reflect on which values you hold and which are most important to you?
And how do those values influence you and the people around you?
It’s worth pausing to consider!
It might explain why you make certain choices or refrain from making others, why you become upset about certain matters while others pass you by, and why you place so much importance on one thing and not on something else.
