Trust … One Building Block at a Time
In the new series of group therapy, everyone brings their own theme. This can be anything, such as rest, involvement, or cooperation. When someone chooses a theme like fear or insecurity, we look at what is missing because of that and focus on that first. In this case, for example, trust or strength.
Every week we approach this theme from a different style and with various materials and techniques. We are curious to discover what we can learn about our theme in this way.
This week:
Which shape fits your theme? A circle, a spiral, blocks, triangles, waves…
Create an artwork about your theme using only that one shape.
Trusting God – expressed through angular shapes

Trust has to grow.
Every time you trust and are not disappointed, another building block is added. In this way, a unique structure is created—not straight and perfectly organized, but organic. Large blocks, small blocks; they are all different moments of trust.
And there is always more waiting for you. New blocks that can still be added. Parts of your life that you are still holding onto (perhaps even tightly).
Do you entrust your deepest self to God?
Trust Him step by step, so that you increasingly belong to Him and He can be more present in you, showing you how much He loves you.
