Today K went back to his home country, and it was time for us to say goodbye to him… Some sort of… you know the quote: “There are no goodbyes, only we’ll meet again.”? The biblical version is:
Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words.
1 Thessalonians 4:17-18
In other words, we will always see each other again! That is good news! If it is not here on earth, then it is “there”. (In heaven) That gives hope. Have a safe trip K, come back soon if you can and God willing.
