Tasty and good news! Oh, no…. Not so tasty after all..
Once a day, I read the news (that’s more than enough in one day, it doesn’t make you happy) and today I read that in the Netherlands they are concerned about a plastic surcharge on your fries. 20 to 25 cents extra, same in the supermarket. Well, that doesn’t taste that great…
And yes, I do have an opinion about that, (EU, “blessed west”, blah, blah) but… and now it comes…. In Poland, the news was about something else. There was some really great and good news on this side!

Because… watch out! Here it comes! This will make you really happy:
We are getting new tanks! Yippee! (click)
Today, the first of 116 used American M1A1 tanks arrived, and they are being prepared for use in a factory in Poznan.

But we’re not there yet! There is more good news (and that is how it is reported in the news here, sigh…) There are also 250 new M1A2 tanks coming soon and the first 189 K2 tanks from Korea have already arrived and are also being built here in the city (under license) and there will also be 212 K9 self-propelled howitzers, 48 FA-50 aircraft and 288 K239 Chunmoo rocket artillery launchers! So then, if that doesn’t make you happy… again, sigh…
We already have the first homeless people working in the tank factory in town, so it’s good news for them (they’re off the streets and have jobs), but otherwise… please give me fries with mayonnaise. That 20 cents plastic surcharge… oh… all in all… that’s not too bad when you look at the big picture.
So far, the news from the street from this side of the globe… what a world… we got three new clients for therapy yesterday…
