Are we worried?

A while ago, I was presented with the advertisement below. And mind you, the advertisements you see online are specifically aimed at your behavior or environment, so this is not “just like that” but specific for me. Someone thinks we need this soon:

A camouflage net! Mhhh…. So someone thinks we might need this soon…

And I get that. On the eastern border it is still a mess and people are killing each other. Every single day. And that could get much more out of hand than we would like. The “atmosphere” is “not great”, so to speak.

But do we worry about that?

And old Dutch proverb says:

A man suffers most from the suffering he fears

But still… with the unrest we see in the world right now… that is easier said than done. So we stick to:

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Philippians 4:6-7

So no, we’re not worried about it. Not at all.
