“And most of all, don’t forget the A(T)MEN!”
What a client shared on social media after a therapy session about anxiety: (Translated from German)
In our church, there is currently a very beautiful workshop on the topic of anxiety, where we as Christians get to learn how to handle it well.
The workshop is led by a missionary from the Netherlands, who is an art therapist.
I really enjoy it, and every time I take away something that stays with me for a long while.
This time it was (more indirectly) about the BREATH, and it became clear to me how little attention I have given to the (seemingly simple) act of breathing so far—definitely too little❣️
And between painting, worship (singing is wonderful for breathing), and prayer, I also noticed the similarity of the words:
A(T)MEN
(Atmen in German = breathing). So, A(T)men is a combination between Amen and Breathing)
For me, as a fan of wordplay, a super cute little gimmick 🤗🥰
I thank You very much for it, Lord 🙏
Maybe you’ll enjoy it too 😘

God gave us our breath of life❣️
And we may live and breathe in our lifetime for Him, with Him, and in Him.
And when our time comes, He will take us to Himself, but He will never take our breath away.
In Jesus’ name, Amen 🙏
Have a wonderful day, and don’t forget the A(T)MEN. (read: don’t forget to breathe, and say Amen for what God did)
