PenPals?
Today we wrote postcards. Plenty of postcards this time. Fun to do, even more fun to get.
The reason someone gets a card is often good news (birthday, etc.) but unfortunately not always. Life is not always a “party” and then a postcard is sometimes more than welcome. A little bit of encouragement. That also reminded me of the following verse:
Hebrews 10:24-25
“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.”
