In the new series of group therapy, everyone brings their own personal theme. This can be anything, such as peace, involvement, or cooperation. When someone chooses a theme like fear or insecurity, we look at what is missing in that situation and focus on that first. In this case, for example, trust or strength.

Each week we approach this theme from a different perspective, using various styles, materials, and techniques. We are curious to discover what we can learn about our theme in this way.

This week:
Take your theme and its opposite.
The contrast between these two subjects and how they work together or against each other is worked out in black and white.
At the end, you may add one more color.

Trust in God versus doubt and insecurity:

Trust in God has different layers.
The core is about who I am in God, about the confidence that God loves me no matter what happens.

The layers are constantly moving, depending on what comes at me from the outside.
Some parts are thinner, some are thicker, and where I am hit, it hurts.

From the inside, the outer layers are restored again. New white circles are created that repair the outer shell and replace what has been damaged.

And so trust is always moving.
It grows, gets damaged, and is restored. And at the core, I find peace.
