Therapy group about fear.
We’ve started a series of 6 therapy sessions about fear.
Pretty intense topic to kick off with, but lots of people struggle with it in one way or another.
What kind of fear do you know? Is it a big, paralyzing kind of fear, or more that constant nagging feeling in the background? Is it a phobia, insecurity, fear of failure, or something else…?
So we’re starting with taking stock.
What exactly is my fear made of? And what happens to me when I feel that fear?
And just as important – what’s actually the opposite of fear, and how does my body respond to that?

It was a great first session where we took a closer look at what actually happens in your body when you feel fear.
We also made a collage with two sides: one for fear and one for its opposite.
