Last week the sun shone brightly, and then we sometimes have therapy sessions in the park just around the corner.
Enjoying the sun,…. and this time we were talking about… grieving.
How do you deal with losing someone or something? How do you hold on, how do you regulate sadness so that a healthy balance is created?
A subject that is anything but sunny, and where it is a blessing that the real sun shines and helps you get through such a dark topic.
