Two identical letters in a frame of 5 x 5 cm. The resulting spaces are coloured with a combination of 4 different colours. By setting them up lightly and mixing them together, a wide pallet of colour is created around the letters.

Someone in my life got seriously ill. So sick that

Someone in my life got seriously ill. So sick that there was no cure. The end was death. It was so raw, so final. I was stuck and looking for movement. I made clay faces on the theme of 'death' in response to the clay faces of Armando, an artist from Amersfoort.

To my surprise, the process didn't stop at death. There was one last face. Death was not the end.
