We failed….

You may have noticed, but we have tried to put fewer messages online. Perhaps a little slower pace in the newsletters, a little less news in one newsletter. There’s just one problem. That attempt failed.

We have too much wonderful news, too many stories to share that everyone can learn from, too many life lessons, too many wonderful things… We tried to delete or not write them at all, but as a result so much disappeared into the virtual trashcan… that really hurts us.

Often, very often, sometimes after months, we hear from someone say “that one article, it touched me so much, it also allowed me to do step X, Y, Z!”. The story of person 1 is then an example for person 2, and so they were able to help each other further along the road of life, without ever having seen each other, or ever speaking to each other themselves. They don’t even know about each other, but they still helped each other. Through our fingers, that wrote it up on a blog. Sometimes deep thoughts, other times “fast food” or a healthy “salad”…

So, this attempt failed. Who knows, maybe there will come a time when it will decrease, I have no idea. For now, we’ll just let it grow as it grows. And we still let go of what someone does with it or not. That’s not up to us.

A time to search and a time to quit searching. A time to keep and a time to throw away.

Ecclesiastes 3:6

The time to not write pieces and therefore actually throw away even more stories… apparently that has not come yet. We clearly feel, that for now, we have to keep writing, keep sharing, keep encouraging, keep learning, keep….

So we’ll just keep doing this as we do… And let’s be honest… if there is so much great news to share, so much encouragement, so many bright spots in the middle of a “dark” world… then something has not failed, but is going very well.
