Visiting Hannover..
Today we are visiting the International Church in Hannover. Because yes, with a little effort, you can go to a church anywhere you are. Well, not always… because, it sounds normal, but it’s not that normal… freedom of expression, freedom of religion, something precious, to defend and to cherish for as long as it is (still) there.
Furthermore, what a blessing it is when the church you can visit is a true, solid, Christian church that does tell the complete gospel.
Uhhh…. don’t all churches do that? Well, they should… but sadly, as Matthew 24:24 tells us, not all “churches” are true Godly churches… because they do not bring the doctrine the bible tells us.. And that’s dangerous, to say the least. (2 John 1:10)
So in this case, we were VERY happy (and that’s the understatement of the day) that we found a church, and a good, biblical one on one of our travels throughout Europe.

But it did not stop there, no. A church is not only a “thing” for Sunday, but should be a Godly place all week long. And this one is. And not just a little bit, but all the way! Serious bible study going on, with a serious message that is not just “God loves you”, but the whole message: God, by His grace, loves you…. if you… believe what Jesus did for you, and if you believe why He did that. And it does not stop there either… what’s it worth when you know God’s word, but don’t do what He wants you to do? Yep… As James 1:22 says:
But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.
James 1:22
Listening to a sermon is one, being in God’s word 24/7 is a whole other “ball game”, let alone doing what it says. And that message, does look simple and should indeed be told in church every single Sunday. And it this case, it was. What a blessing indeed. Seems normal, but is not. So when you see that there are still true biblical churches in these dangerous days… praise God. All glory to Him.
