Ready for change
I always start a treatment with a moment of silence. Dwell on what is happening inside right now, on what you are experiencing right now, what your mood is like. I often use tools for this. This time I let her choose feeling cards that match what she is feeling right now.
She chooses 12…
One of them is ‘pride’ and this is the emotion she chooses to dwell on more.
We look at a book with all emotion fish and look at what you can use in the fish to convey an emotion: the use of colors, the way of drawing, shape of the eyes, of the mouth, position on the paper, the size of the fish etc.

When she has the fish ready I ask her if the fish needs anything. No, the fish doesn’t need anything now. He certainly swims up and the light emerges from inside him.
While talking about the fish, she says that the fish has left something behind, namely fear and uncertainty. These are the fish that are drawn at the bottom left.
She had never before realized how deep the feeling of pride actually goes. And that it means that she has left uncertainty and fear behind. Very happy, she takes the fish home.
And at home, the fish gets a place on the wall.
