Inner conflicts
Do you sometimes expect things of yourself that you can’t fulfill?
Do you put the needs and expectations of others above your own?
Do your head and heart sometimes say completely different things?
These are all forms of inner conflict. And in a conflict, there are always two (or more) parties facing each other. A complex topic with many layers. That’s why we have started a therapy group on this theme. In six sessions, we explore this topic.

In the first session, we looked at the different types of inner conflicts that exist.
Here’s what we came up with together:
morality – duty
reality – expectations
head – heart
reason – emotion
wanting – being able
knowing – doing
control – circumstances
In therapy, we explore how to bring these two different sides back together.
