Doubts and desperation

Today, she chooses to reflect on one of the emotions she is experiencing right now, namely ‘desperate’.
We work on the basis of emotion fish.

How can you capture an emotion in a fish? That is a good question!
Think about the way you use your crayon: press hard or soft, clean or blurred lines.
Think about the location of the eyes, how big they are, open or closed, what are they looking at?
Remember the shape of the mouth, big, small, up, down, open or closed?
Consider the size of the fish and its place on the paper, is the fish swimming up, straight or down?
And think about how you fill fish, what colors you use, whether you fill the fish completely or partially.
All aspects in which you can choose when drawing a fish!

The desperate fish wants to get out of the dark part.

If you look closely, you can see it drawn under the fish.
And with the help of her family, she gets out of the dark and swims again in a light part of the sea.

It’s valuable to reflect on this aspect of their lives, look at what they need and how they can get it, and see how well they’re actually doing. Because there is not much room for that either. Because when one question is solved, so many others are waiting, making it seem like they are not moving forward.
