Constitution – Brooch

A while ago, Constitution Day was celebrated in Poland. The first constitution in Europe became a fact in Poland.
We use this in the therapy groups.
For on what truth, on what ground, on what truth do you build your life?
Think of a symbol and make it into a brooch.

Almost everyone ends up with freedom.
The one in the shape of a feather: lightness and feeling the wind.
The other in the form of a bird: free to fly where it pleases.
The other in a free form in which she chooses what she wants in terms of color, shape and free picks.
And yet another in the shape of a heart with the colors of two flags combined crisscross as a symbol that she lives in two countries.

When you suddenly no longer have something, you realize what you are missing. That goes for these women. They were free to do and go as they pleased. Of course, also with its limitations, but there were possibilities.
Now their country is at war, they have fled and still don’t know where they stand.
Now, freedom is the most important thing.

On what ground, on what truth are you building your life?
