Back from (work) vacation.
By the time you read this, we’re back in Schwerin and back at work on this side.
From a work visit in Vlagtwedde to talk about a new project, to the tile museum in Otterlo (highly recommended), a meeting in Amersfoort, family up north, sorting out stuff we’ll use again in Schwerin, and so on and so on.

But most of all… a couple of days with nothing but a wonderfully quiet garden/house with rest, rest, and for once, rest. Such a blessing.
And today we already had our first appointments here again. A meeting with other volunteers from the “Bahnhofsmission,” making a plan for the coming months, wrapping up last month’s finances, starting talks with new clients and contacts… the Netherlands already feels far away again.
Oh, and the car still needs to be unloaded… dragging everything up four flights of stairs will take a while. That’s not happening in one, two, three, more like several rounds 🙂. Slowly but surely it’ll all make its way up during the coming week. Step by step, just like our work.
And yep, on Saturday our next guest arrives in Schwerin!
